Michelle is devoted to tailoring the lessons to meet the needs of the individual. Whether you want to focus on learning how to read music, play your favourite songs or learn music theory, she will design a lesson plan to meet the needs of the student. It is her mission to make the lessons as engaging as possible with the use of learning games and flash cards for younger students.

PIANO lesson plans can include:
Beginners

• Introduction to note reading

• Reading by intervals (steps/skips)

• Learn songs by ear

• Basic chords

Intermediate - Advanced

• Learn how to read all the notes on the staff

• Learn how to read intervals

• Learn chords of every key

• Learn all elements of music theory

• AMEB exams (optional) to accomplish a set of pieces that you will spend approximately a year on and then be assessed with.

• Learn how to play in a band (optional)
